Job Description

The client is a leader in Digital Printing Solutions. They are now looking to hire a Technical Specialist for their team at Dubai.

Role : 

The incumbent is responsible for providing technical assistance for Print on Demand solutions within the organizations scope. Should be able to manage the technical issues in a timely manner to keep up the customer satisfaction level. Establishes and Executes developmental training and educational programs for the support team of Channel Partners. Support the service team in running professional Demos to customer in liaison with Sales team requests.

•Second line service support to the service engineers on Field

•Develops a training plan and schedule annual evaluation of service team of channel partners 

•Responsible for the performance and development Service engineers in each region. 

•Able to analyse and provide actual data related to each product group to distributors.

•Able to communicate in a proficient manner with Distributors Service team and Factory to smoothen the escalation of technical issues and provide solution in the most efficient manner.

•Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as required by the sales team

•Provides timely feedback to the Sales team regarding actual customer situation.  

•Maintains accurate records of all Installations, licenses, warranty, and product related Technical and Safety documents.

•Assists sales managers in preparation of proposals and presentations. 

•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. 


Requirement : 



1.Engineering Graduate with experience in Print on demand machines


1.Engineering degree or diploma with relevant market experience

2.Experience in all aspects technical support of digital printing machines.

3.Technical sales skills and knowledge

4.Proven experience in the ability problem solving and reduction of machine downtime

5.Relevant product and industry knowledge

6.Extensive experience in all aspects Customer relation and Service support. 

7.Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics and requirements. 

8.Experience in Traditional Printing equipments and workflow will be added advantage.

9.Willingness to travel and represent the organisation internationally.
