Job Description

The client is looking to hire a professional with excellent customer support and team management experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities : 

  • To directly solve or assist call center agent in solving complex inquiries of the customers
  • To supervise the call center team remotely and align on progress and issues handled on a daily basis
  • To liaise with external stakeholders to obtain information needed to respond to customers within 48 hours
  • To ensure overall quality control of the customer support process

Additional Responsibilities : 

Provide feedback to call center agents

Liaise with external stakeholders

Regularly updates the client on the progress

Requirement :

• 4+ years of experience in relevant areas of expertise

• Previous experience in customer support and team management

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work remotely with people in an effective way

• Ability to use digital customer support platform


Contract Duration : 3 Months
