Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility): |
· Analyze and enhance the Mobile Network performance to reach customer satisfaction and the best KPIs in coordination with all related teams. · Generate Mobile Access and core Network development reports and proposals to maintain and enhance mobile data experience. · Initiate an effective mobile data solutions. · Daily Monitoring and Analysis of data utilization to identify data concerns and take adequate actions

Duties & Responsibilities : |
|
1. |
Perform End-to-End mobile-network Data Analysis activities. |
2. |
Track, monitor and evaluate all activities related to upgrade/enhance End-to-End data Mobile systems in all regions. |
3. |
Initiate technical specifications for equipment and mobile systems and arrange for implementation. |
4. |
Track daily implementation & development of performance parameters in both access and core mobile systems to ensure high network Performance and customer satisfactory. |
5. |
Track End-to-End Mobile Data implementation plan and coordinates with all teams for excellent data experience. |
6. |
Interact and follow up with vendors and subcontractors in resolving End-to-End data network issues. |
7. |
Advises consultants and contractors to resolve issues/ concerns impacting the plan/ design. |
8. |
Interact and follow up with vendors and subcontractors in developing End-to-End data mobile services and systems. |
9. |
Keeps abreast of new technologies, systems and developments in the Mobile Access End-to-End Data Network Development |
10. |
Generate technical/ operational reports for superiors as required |
11. |
Coordinates with subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions. |
12. |
Supervises contractors and optimize the mobile network End-to-End data performance to reach customer satisfaction. |
13. |
Interact and coordinate with the other teams in achieving the End-to-End mobile data tasks and milestones in a timely manner. |
14. |
Study & analyze data utilization in mobile system and provide recommendation to enhance the network performance. |
15. |
Monitoring the new/exist data applications & devices to ensure best customer practice |
16. |
Track and Ensure efficiency of End-to-End mobile data network with high-level customer satisfaction. |
17. |
Analyze and propose efficient probes/smart tools for advanced mobile data monitoring. |
18. |
Assists in the generation technical/ operational reports for superiors as required |
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies |
Formal Education Required: |
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent |
