Job Description: |
Work as a Mechanical Engineer to ensure unification of working process across all three regions for non-telecom ACME activities under Facility Management applicable to Exchange Sites. • Providing mid-layer management for D&FO non-telecom activities & projects which includes coordinating with various teams within e& (FMO, CIVIL, EMD, PMT, ADMIN, DPC, NDP, OFS-Telecom, ETC.) to ensure similar standards/practice followed among all three regions • Conduct & lead Exchanges & Data Centers Audits (Snag collection, Owner Assignment, ECD Agreement, Maximo registration, Back Office work). • Governing D&FO Non-Telecom Procurement requirements from initiating Purchase Requisitions till issuance of Purchase Orders, in co-ordination with different stakeholders within e&, bidders and circulating monthly dashboards. • Governing D&FO Non-Telecom OPEX projects starting form PO issuance, implementations & acceptance in co-ordination with project owners, contractors/supplier and different stakeholders within e& and circulating monthly dashboards • Owning & Governing Energy Savings Projects: from sourcing till acceptance/handover. • Developing Electromechanical Acceptance checklist and implementing process among FM operations, Civil, EMD & Property management team. • Suppliers management within D&FO FM team, supporting and providing resolution for pre-&-post project completion and contractual issues. • Uplifting exchanges quality by coordinating and supporting to improve cooling performance and resolving hot spot issues. • Initiate working processes related to Facility Management & D&FO in order to standardized work methodology across all regions • Classifying and defining Etisalat property management responsibility matrix between Technology and Procurement & Contracts departments and identifying & evaluating the strategy to implement responsibility matrix. • Spare parts & tools Inventory Management/Tracking for Facility Management team & circulating dashboards periodically. • Central SPOC to ensure corrective actions completion for Internal & External Audits (Eg. Internal Control & Audit, BCCM, TRA, Insurance, Etc.) • Investigating UFOC monthly problem management reports and provide root cause analysis in coordination with end users. • Analyzing authority electricity bills to identify the actions / justifications to achieve assigned targets as part of OPEX Electricity Optimization program. • Contributing to e& climate action program by disclosing yearly carbon emissions thru’ AC refrigerant gas, also identifying and implementing actions to reduce carbon emission in alignment with FM operations. • Implementation of AI based algorithms use cases in collaboration with third party vendors (EBTIC) & Internal Digital Workforce team to achieve Predictive Maintenance / Health monitoring for e& (Non-Telecom) assets • Learning & Development / Training Programs |
