Our client is a Retail company. They are now looking for a Store Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall store management and enhancement of all critical elements
- Plan weekly roster, assign daily task
- Conducting daily huddles, using role plays, and tracking performance
- Training & and overseeing new staff induction and assessing the learnings Providing structured feedback to the Management on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure products are displayed as per the brand guidelines.
- Ensure POS & other equipment’s are in working conditions
- Collaborate with merchandising, Marketing & and finance team
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints.
- Ensuring growth, higher sales conversions, improving consistently on other store performance Acquiring In-depth product knowledge of brands, optical, and a good knowledge level of competing brands.
- Leading by example reflects the values of the brand, integrity, and discipline.
- Adhering to operational standards and company policies.
- Reduce inventory shrinkage by minimizing loss.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in optical retail management.
- Working knowledge of optometry software programs.
- Familiarity with contact lens products and fittings
- Ability to speak more than one language
