Technologies and Skills Required: 

• Work closely with FMCG clients to understand and analyze their specific business processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• Configure ERP systems to align with the unique requirements of FMCG companies.
• Customize the ERP solution to accommodate industry-specific workflows, such as batch processing, shelf-life tracking, and promotional planning.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize supply chain processes through the effective use of ERP functionalities.
• Implement best practices for demand planning, distribution, and logistics within the FMCG context.
• Utilize ERP tools to generate insightful reports and analytics relevant to the FMCG industry.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance product management and market responsiveness.
