As an Area Sales Manager [ASM] , you will be entrusted with leading and coordinating sales efforts within a specific geographical area, focusing on engaging with construction projects, architects, and consultants.

Responsibilities
Supervising departmental heads. This often includes areas such as hiring, training and managing the performance of each employee .
Developing and maintaining budgets. This can include budgets for the organization.
Planning, coordinating and managing all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
Evaluating current business processes and systems.
Supporting sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients.
Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them.
Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
Performance monitoring and evaluation through KPIs.
Qualifications
Proven 10+ experience in managerial position In KSA-Preferably Construction
MBA –BSc degree on civil engineering .
The ability to delegate responsibilities to appropriate people within the organization.
The ability to coordinate duties within an organization or within individual departments.
Proven ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
Experience of coaching individual employees and encouraging coaching within an organization.
Highly developed decision-making skills.
Experience of managing quality of service. This includes experience of working to improve customer service and an understanding of the customer experience.
A high level of attention to detail.
Experience of managing performance within an organization.
A positive attitude and the ability to work with people in a constructive manner.

Roles & Responsibilities
Create and manage regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
Support dealers with day-to-day sales operation
Evaluate dealers’ retail sales performances and inventory status
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Forecast monthly and annual sales plan
Develop new dealerships for better performance in a strategic way
Put together sales material for training of dealers/customers
Develop and manage key accounts
Coach and mentor sales team on the following topics: closing, time and territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, productivity, and gross margin.
