Our client is an Heavy Machinery company. They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and manage regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Support dealers with day-to-day sales operation
- Evaluate dealers’ retail sales performances and inventory status
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Forecast monthly and annual sales plan
- Develop new dealerships for better performance in a strategic way
- Put together sales material for training of dealers/customers
- Develop and manage key accounts
- Coach and mentor sales team on the following topics: closing, time and territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, productivity, and gross margin.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of sales experience
- Heavy Machinery Experience is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native Arabic and Fluent in English (Required)
- Skillful in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook)
- Frequent business trips to neighboring cities in KSA
