Job Description
Our client is a leading Shipping Company. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending industry events and conducting market research
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor sales performance against targets etc
Preference
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Must have relevant UAE experience.
- Proven track record working in Logistics, warehousing, shipping.
Qualifications:
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
