Our client is a leading High-end Clothing Label. They are now looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Set branch sales goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and monitor branch performance for profitability
- Managing the branch P&L, including expenses and revenue and implement cost effective measures to maximise profitability
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the branch by identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct periodical reviews of branch performance and generate regular reports on sales, inventory and customer feedback, providing insights for decision making and improvement
- Ensuring proper revenue generation for the branch by analyzing customer trends and converting enquiries into business
- Ensure timely collection of payments at the branch upon confirmation of orders to avoid credits on sales completion (100% advance payment)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University/ Institute
- Experience of 7 -10 years (2-4 years as ABM and 3 years as BM) in similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of business management and an understanding of business processes
- Strong sense of accountability & ownership with financial acumen
- Adaptability to systems approach and online tools / platforms
